Hmmmmm
It's different for everyone. I've been smoking on and off since I was 18. I don't smoke too much but I'd still like to quit. A couple of years ago I quit for a whole 6 months using gum, but as soon as stress got the better of me I went back to smokes. Same with the last attempt. Quit for 3 months with those lozenges, stress happened and I went back to smoking. I'm thinking that basicaly the best bet is to find something that you use when you're stressed that works as well as smoking but doesn't kill you slowly.
