yeah definitely thisevery time I made a big song and dance about it being my Last Fag I always returned to them, but one day I just stopped and when my friends offered me one I'd say "no I'm ok at the mo". I think the idea that I could have one any time I wanted made it easier to quit, whereas if I told myself I wasn't allowed one then I wanted one even more.
