All day long they shout ECHO ECHO ECHObut they don't mind at all if you walk past and don't buy one. they're just making their presence known.
But I get called "Ignorant" or get a sarcastic "Thanks" if I walk past a certain Big Issue vendor...

It's not a skip.I'll have you know. It's a waste management receptacle for general waste. The fact it's yellow and has some orange lights on the side of it is purely circumstancial.
