I haven't frozen the limoncello yetbecause it isn't properly made.
Brandy is nice. It makes hot chocolate bearable. For a proper hot cold curing drink hot whisky with sugar, lemon and a tiny bit of ginger (optional) is lovely

I'll scour the cupboardsI do have my 35% alcohol vanilla essence, though a few drops of that in hot milk is enough so alcohol is negligible.
