I knew someone who beat Muse in a "Battle of the bands" type competitionbut then Muse made it and became famous and rich and stuff.
I wonder if that's the sort of thing that eats at you and makes you bitter?

Muse used to be called Gothic Plagueand Rocket Baby Dolls. they went on a Battle of the Bands and smashed their instruments up.
