'Jacko' from Brushstrokes isn't a real painter and decorator.

He is a fictional character, played on the telly by the area sales manager of the Flash cleaning products company.

Do you mean it was a garage that specialised in tuning engines, meaning cars they prepared could compete on track and win 'races' - Or did he just hate 'darkies'?
