Tip top.We had an English teacher who used that and "scoot" without a hint of sarcasm.
He was always flushed, as if someone was constantly whispering dirty jokes in his ear; plus, he walked with his head bent at 45°, like he'd forgotten to take the hanger out of his shirt. Mister Askew he was called.
