Had you been holding it for weeks?
I hadn't thought about the fibre bit, so for 3 days I didn't manage to go to the toilet. Then, on the night of the 3rd day I took some fibre (that is out of date, btw) and yesterday I had my problems to leave the flat with confidence... 4 times I had to visit Mr Roca.
