That's all I hear from teachers at the momentjoin the union when you graduate. Apart from that I haven't looked at employment law for a couple of years so I don't know what's changed.

^ I think he may have the right ideaEmployment law seems to adequately protect most professions these days. I think there are a few exceptions, e.g., teaching, arts, where either things aren't so well regulated or you don't have adequate protection against the little shits you face on a daily basis. Tube drivers do not fall into this category.
On the whole, I must once again disown Bob Crow. He is not a proper crow, and he is certainly not behaving with the dignity of one.
