When does it have to be done?I find it easier to write absolute bollocks and look at it the next day and improve on it.

Just pretend you're as smug as vipros,write far too much about how great you are, then do something else for an hour and read it back, you may have to start again but it'll give you an idea of what you want/need to say.

you need to write what you have done that will help you succeed on this coursewhy you want to do this course and what you bring to the course.
That's what the Ucas gimp told me last year. And it seemed to work.
