I'm more in the tragic accident pile.
I don't think people deserve to die for ripping off a shop.
People that do that sort of thing are usually a bit stupid though so it's more likely.
There was also a case in the news about the police not being allowed to give chase to a guy who stole a motorbike because he wasn't wearing a helmet. Later he hit a lorry and died of head injuries.

I like to think it does
it makes dealing with day-to-day cuntery more bearable. Obviously I know it's bollocks since I'm practically perfect, yet I stub my toe and bang into things more often than is fair.
