Champagnegives you a nice rapid feeling of pissed-ness though. I've been seriously legless on champagne a couple of times, and it was quite entertaining.

At a posh barbeque onceI was sitting with some mates and had four glasses in a shortish time period, but felt OK. I then got up uttering the words "I'll just see how the barbeque's getting on", and promptly fell on my arse.
