Yah', but I'm still here, I donno if the deposit is with the landlords or the agent.
If it's with the landlord, then it's all good, if it's with the agent, then I'm not so sure.

I think
it's supposed to be with the agent. The rules are supposed to protect tennants from unscrupulous landlords. When did you hand it over?

if the landlord knows the details of this one should be laughing teacakes.
If he doesn't one will have to track down the now defunct letting agent?
