Alt Q: Witnessing a near punch up outside The Treasury buildings this morning......between an angry cyclist and a bloke in a Nissan Cockstain 4x4 who was on his phone at the time.
Seeing two middle aged men shouting "khant!" at one another within earshot of No 10 Downing Street can't fail to amuse.
