I find it highly unlikely that your broadband will be activated on timeLast time I got new broadband it took about 4 weeks after it was meant to be, but that was mainly because the previous tenants hadn't cancelled their connection, which caused huge problems.

This has happened to me twicePain in the hole. You try to explain to their telecoms company and you get told they won't discuss it with anyone other than the account holder. Gah!
