It is the best.I would love to cook the tudor receipe where you stuff about 8 different game one inside the next. Expensive & very difficult to cook I imagine.

I've looked into it.You need a fucking big oven, and I imagine the outer bird would need a shitload of bacon or grease on it.
There are similar recipes going back to the Romans.
