yeah, tell me about itmrs still hasn't heard about her payrise either, and as they are laying people off in other offices it doesn't seem that likely.
Reward for passing one of the hardest exams around = fuck all, except getting more and harder work and responsibility, while still be chronically underpaid compared to the rest of her peers.
