For the supervisor a massive hippopotamus-like yawn.For the colleague you hold up one finger to shush her, shift your weight in the chair and fart loudly. Then bid her carry on, she'll probably have lost her train of thought. If she hasn't and still won't give it up then make your apologies and say you need to go check if that one went a bit 3D.
