it's taking willpower, but I reckon if I can keep it up for a week, then going out to a really nice restaurant won't be as damaging (mother is taking me out)

In all serious, chuck a bit more protein in there and cut out the orange
full of horrible sugar.

Don't eat pasta at the restaurant.

The problem is
I'm intolerant to apples, pears and bananas, so getting fruit into my intake tends to be limited to oranges and variants thereof. There is some chicken in the fridge though, could have that.

Restaurant will be soup, duck, and I'll probably skip the dessert. Will have wine though
