Dr De'ath
I used to work for a guy who's surname was De'ath (pronounced Day-ath).

He was a cunt.

I once said something along the lines of "I've got those figures you wanted Mr De'ath" only to be told "I did not study for five years to obtain a doctorate to be referred to as Mister. You shall adress me as Doctor."

So I used to put on a ridiculous Vincent Price accent everytime I spoke to him.
