last time I got a parking ticketit was because my pay and display one had blown over when I shut the door and I hadn't noticed. The traffic warden walked past and looked at it when I was walking away (had got about 5 metres from my car) and he didn't say anything, he waited for me to leave then ticketed me.
The fucking cunt.

I have received two parking tickets.The first was my own fault, as I forgot to display my temporary permit. The buggers are quick in Ealing.
The second time, I went on holiday and they changed the parking restrictions around my car, which they then ticketed. My on-time appeal was mysteriously lost in the post.
