Now, I thought exactly the same thing, but APPARANTLY, O2 do not accept returns if you get your upgrade in-store. Which to be honest I think is a total crock of shit. The human polyp in the shop never made me aware of this, and I have already been cheek to jowl with the customer service cunts about this.

Is this legal?

Well, I signed a fucking contract I suppose, without reading it, but hey, who does these days anyway?

It sounds like a job for The A Team.
They're taking on a lot more consumer rights cases now that they're getting on a bit.

I've also got their management complaint number. Just phoned trading standards who basically sided with 02 and said i entered into a contract, from which there is NO escape....
