If they have a car......get up early on a work day, break in, open the bonnet, undo the radiator cap and fill it with long grain rice.
Replace cap, close bonnet.
Sit in your own car and wait until your victim starts thier car to go to work.
Light a spliff and follow for approx 5 minutes before Vesuvius erupts.
Take lots of pictures and share on here.
