Vibram Fivefingers. Apparently they're better for running as you use your feet/legs the way they're designed to be used instead of on all that hydraulic cushioning.
Do they work? To be honest I've not done much running in regular trainers but they seem to be okay. I'm thinking of getting a second pair.
