Hey Aberry
Don't be too hard on yourself. It's been shown that weight loss of 1 - 2 pounds a week is more likely to stay off than crash dieting where the weight normally always comes back on (I think this is due to the body going into stavation mode and stores fat again?)

Which is why losing weight sucks because it's toooooo slooooooow.
I lost 10lbs and have put most of it back on as I got attacked by TEH LAZIES

I know, it's so hard!
Two years ago I lost 2stones, and I was doing very well keeping it there (that was my ideal weight). Then I got an assignment to Sweeden. In winter. Nothing to do all day. Only 2h of light if it wasn't cloudy. Half a meter of snow on the street. And all my food on expenses.

Guess what happened...

I got depressed, and eat boiled potatoes by the ton. And pizza. And a few more things too.

My internet was very bad then
And I didn't know of off topic. Most of the TV was in Swedish, apart from a few channels (I watched the whole series of Hannah Montana).

I'd go to bed at 7pm and get up at 8am, and didn't want to do anything but cry. Glad I'm out of there.
