A bit of Chough love.My dictionary lists it as "a crow with a reddish beak"- I discovered it when I was writing your birthday card.

Well, that would be the red-billed Chough(Pyrrhocorax Pyrrhocorax). The other Pyrrhocorax, P. Graculus is the Alpine Chough, which has a yellow beak.
