I'd say that's a lowbret
As it's below her labret/lip piercing. I had one years back, loved it (as it went nicely with my labret and medusa), but it wore the web bit at the bottom of my lip.
She's very pretty, got some nice tattoos too, though the Mary on her left arm could be a little more detailed imho.

Well, it's a central lip piercing, and it looks really good on her. I don't think a side one would suit her

I prefer rings on girls for definite
But studs can look good on both. I don't tend to pay attention to men's piercings, though. Female facial piercings are a little bit of a turn on, not gonna lie.
