The Aztecs were a single racial group
comprised of different tribes. There is some debate as to whether the ruling class were of a different racial group (the same theory has been propounded about the Druidic culture of Celtic Western Europe) - but there is no concrete evidence to support this at this stage.

I'm not so sure about that
Hitler did prety well. Franco only managed to kill Spanish while Hitler killed people from all over the world.
