there were not really any attractive women there
however, my host was a barrister who was on the other side to me a few months ago, and she was totally horrendously rude in court. tonight of course she had to be really lovely to me, which i enjoyed no end.

the event was good but it was mostly red wine which i don't drink, so disappointingly sober!
