I see what you meanbut a joke site just tells offensive jokes, whereas this is encouraging people to act on the hatred. Also, he actively sent these letters, whereas you would have to go on the site to read the jokes.
Although I suppose having said that, if he posted the letter on a communal wall it would be just as bad. Hmmm.
