Sort yourself up with some tasks that you should have done yonks ago, if they ain't anything, make one up, donno what, something like cooking/gym/socialising/whatever.....
... bung on some banging tunes at a vol just bellow to-loud-to-annoy-you and crack on with it... reward yourself with something when you're done, don't have to cost anything, could download a telly show you want to watch.

MTFU is a weird one.
Loads of people who get themselves sorted in that respect say "I just MTFU'd up", but if asked how they did, nobody knows, it's something that just happens, you can't _ask/tell_ someone to do it and expect it to happen.
