so don't keep stuff in really. I have chocolate but I'm not a big eater of that. I also have carrots I believe, garlic mayonnaise and some diet coke thankfully

Pasta - just add to boiling water for example, it only take a couple of minutes too.
Can you not suggest to the college they have a rota for the kitchen?

Things like Uncle Benns microwave rice is good too.
3 minutes in a microwave and you'll be fine.
