I was a little creeped out by Long Time Dead but not as much as the original ring films which aren't scary but have the special kind of levels only achieved by Asian Extreme. See also The Grudge and the fucking horrible noise the girl makes

The Japanese film industry seems to do 'creepy horror' better than anyone. Which makes it even worse when Hollywood rapes the shit out of their ideas through those god-awful 'remakes'
