Knackered but good thanks.Put another nine miles on my boots today. Now I'm full of water and munch. Any particular reason why your chili isn't brimming with cow?

I did 5km on the treadmilland some time on a step thingy and on the bikes. So also knackered.
It was an Innocent Veg Pot Chili, hence its cowless nature.
