Computer Exchange. It's right by Goodge Street station and even if they won't sell you one,chances are they'll have one knocking about you can try. They're usually pretty good about helping people out.

Yup, same side of the road. I think you turn left out of the station and it's just before the arcade, but I might be wrong on that.If you get to the end of the block go back the other way, it is really very close.
