I'm inclined to agree with you
Beef is a close second, but tends to be a bit tough the day after. Chicken I always find too dry. And I suspect only Vipros has had duck/goose/swan/bald eagle in a sandwich.

What you say is true
(Though good mayonaisse is hard to come by in this country) I think pork also has the advantage of a better flavour than chicken breast.
