I also sometimes have canned mackerel on my lunchtime sandwichesThe Princes stuff, in a mustard sauce. It stinks to high heaven, but tastes delicious. It does make anyone who is within 50 feet of me somewhat nauseous, admittedly.

I'm banned fromeating smoked mackerel in the office.
It's wonderful on crusty french loaf with cream cheese, watercress and a lemon vinagrette. *phwoaar*
