I think it's the Thursday before Easter
so at least we don't have to take the Friday off.

and starting it at 11am will make for a very long day

It was sarcasm. Of course it's crap to ask everybody to take a day off.

We are starting ours between 5pm and 7pm, I'm not sure yet.
