Hello Noel.
Sounds like the start of good times for you. Very pleased to hear it.

What precisely is 'beakering'? Apples used the term the other day and now you have.

Ever seen The Muppets?
Beaker says "Me, me me me me, me me meeeeee!"

Actually I never have.
Not once. That's rather odd, I expect.

I've never actually watched the show and just assumed it would be rubbish when I was younger.
I only found out what it was all about when I saw A Muppet Christmas Carol when I was about 32.
I'll probably still watch that film when the kids have left home.

I loved it growing up.
I think the humour was occasionally quite adult but the puppets were excellent. I love Jim Henson generally. If your kids have never seen The Storyteller, I'd highly recommend getting hold of it - Grimm and other fairy tales narrated by John Hurt and acted out by loads of excellent actors and puppets.

The theme tune was fucking gay.

The Storyteller's really very good
With the exception of the Sapsorrow story. Fuck me, that one was dull.
