urghbeen better, ta - as above, spent all last night vomming up blood, spectacularly panic-inducing for a never ill dramaqueen such as me!

either the soup i had for lunch was a bit dodgyor it was a bug. i only started throwing up blood after a couple of hours, so the nhs said it would be all the violent vomiting, rather than actually vomiting blood, if you know what i mean. it was terrifying though, i am such a wuss! and it tasted vile.
