It's not hard to learn how to change a lightbulb.The attitude that they're too difficult to learn how to use and that it's just easier to get somebody else to do it for you is a pretty lame one.

We're here to make sure that the network runs properly,to install and maintain equipment, not to teach people how convert one file type to another. I'm not in the Training department.
