I've had no TV AGAIN since last Thursday.This time they're trying to blame BT - strangely I think BT are innocent, they convinced me thoroughly of this yesterday.
That may be solely because BT have UK call centres and we therefore actually understood each other, which makes me a HUMUNGOUS RACIST. Shock news.

Send them a invoiceCharge them for storing their equipment in your property.
Point out you were happy with the previous relationship where the equipment stayed in your house free and you paid them to use it. As it stands, it is cluttering the place up and therefore needs to contribute towards the cost of being.
