Aye, the Manc bash should be superbSadly not, I'm trying to get a meeting with Citizens Advice asap.
However, the ridiculous amount he's attempting to charge me for repairs is odd, as the house is already up for rent again. I think that this means I can get receipts for any work he claims to have done. Not too certain though...
