You musn't get disheartened if you eat something bad one day.
Don't starve yourself the next day as this will mess up your metabolism and you won't lose weight.

I'm not going to starve myself, I couldn't do it, I like eating too much. I'll try to find time to do some excercise, but I'm really busy.

If you're in a big building then use the stairs instead of the elevator.
Little things like that do help.

I do that
I stopped using the lift in my flat too, and take the long way home (it's safer too)

I'll try to find 20min today for the bike.

Yes, things are going much better
I'm only missing 70 people to say something now, but I think they're all noes.

I'm quite stressed with all the interviews, moving, holidays... all at the same time. But I think I'll survive.
