I was confident on just this little training session
But then the dry ski slope was rather small.

Dry ski slopes have a very different feel to real snow,
it's less uniformed and can be a lot harder to slow down on snow.
It's also piss easy to faceplant on snow.

A uni mate of mine came back after Christmas with a 'modified' nose
He faceplanted onto some compacted snow and did a really good job of evenly smearing it across his face.
