All sports are, by their very definition, rather pathetic.Being able to run very fast/jump very high/kick something accurately ceased to impress me by the time I was about 7.
Incidentally, for those who care, I was in The Elbow Rooms the other night and John Virgo and Jimmy White were in there, relieving a load of irritating City boys of their bonuses at pool.

IndeedI just don't like football fans, of *all* people, saying that sportsmen of other disciplines are bent. It's a bit too bloody rich, for me.
