BenefitsWell - some interesting points are being made here but £65.45 a week is hardly helpful although it is better than nothing.I have just been made redundant from a fairly well paid job and will be ok til Xmas but if I don't find anything suitable before then, this does not even cover half the mortgage let alone any bills. And the DWP are being a bit funny about help with the mortgage as my Ex is still on it as I have been unable to afford to buy him out. double whammy. Right, off to sign on now...........
