Let the grief subsideThen gradually reconsider.
Think of the years of happiness and companionship, not the brief period of loss.
I have to restrain myself from rescuing every distressed cat I hear about. Two is enough, and they get on very well.

This happens with catsI can't make you feel like a better cat owner but maybe see how the other one gets on, eh?

Busy, and they only go out the back door, but could easily walk round the frontEven quiet roads are dangerous......ach, its happened, and i can't/won't keep the other cat in. it wouldn't be fair
