Bake some flap jacks made with honey (not golden syrup)
or bake some proper cakes and give them away (i've done this, because I too enjoy baking but don't want to get fat)

Love cooking with honey. My favourite cake involves that.

In my single experience of valium it doesn't encourage exercise
