You in a position to make a draw on some on the equity to sort yourself out in the long term?Get your bills in order, cut up your credit card and whilst you'll have higher mortgage payments, it'll be at the current (well, lower) interest rates of the moment rather than some mental APR.

'Fraid not.I remortgaged about a year ago - I don't earn enough to cover the increase in repayments a further remortgage would result in.
